Theme Interpretation: The surprise chords in my progression made me think of watching color TV for the first time after a lifetime of black and white. The title is in reference to the NTSC black and white signal being slowed from 30 FPS to 29.97 FPS to accommodate the additional information for color. Analog color TV is actually a fuzzy color overlay on a detailed black and white signal.
