Theme Interpretation: Around the time that I used Cubase as my main DAW, I had reinstalled everything on my computer and wanted to test my MIDI keyboard, so I opened HalionSonic (a stock Cubase VST) and started playing random chords on my keyboard. The default preset at the time was called First Contact, which as I discovered that day, sounded pretty neat, and I wanted to continue building a song on top of. I saved the project somewhere I wouldn't lose it so I could come back to it eventually. Of course, I did end up losing the project, so I don't know the exact chords I used back then, but I was still able to recreate the basic feeling.

This all happened somewhere around the first year of 2HAC, so I've had this interpretation in mind since then.
