Theme Interpretation: This is a song about feeling alienated from others, based on my own experience in social situations.
Like a metaphorical "alien falling onto earth", awkwardly trying to fit in while feeling painfully disassociated from everyone around him.
Upon being asked if he's OK because of how uncomfortable he looks, the only answer he manages is "I'm fine", despite his only thought being that he'd rather be home.
