Theme Interpretation: Besides being burnt out from working weekends and a lot of real life stresses, I wanted to write something encompassing and enveloping. I wanted something cosmic. The maximum entropy that has ever existed in this universe was at the moment it was formed. The slightest quantum fluctuation would send galaxies billions of years apart from each other. So what does the Big Bang sound like? A meow. Because I'm tired and the piece is so rough that I refuse to take it seriously.
That being said, I'm reasonably pleased with it. it's my first try at something more ambient and the recordings come entirely from my E-Mu Proteus 2000/X-Lead ROM. Except, of course, the cat keyboard.
